What are the differences in your packages?

We offer three options for families to best serve their needs. The main differences are the number of hours offered, whether or not our house-made meals are included, and whether or not your child has access to Saturday care.

Why do Bernard and Leon/Sutherland have different prices for your ProducKIDvity program?

The standard fee is set by the Province of British Columbia. Centres that open in 2024 are allowed to charge $1550 for 0-36 months and $1071 for 3-5 years. Whereas centres that opened between 2022-2024 have been set to lower fee caps with a maximum 3% increase per year.

Do you participate in the Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative?

Yes, currently Leon and Sutherland campuses are active in the CCFRI program. We have full intentions to enrol with the program for our Bernard location is licensed. To learn more about the CCFRI program, click here.

Do you offer part-time packages?

Yes, we offer two day packages (Tuesday and Thursday) and three day packages (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Your amounts will be prorated as will your CCFRI portions.

What do equitable wages mean for Educators?

While the typical wage for Early Childhood Educators in Canada stands at $20.47 per hour, we are committed to providing 40% above market rates.

On average, our employees earn over $30.00 per hour. This pay translates into a positive work environment, fostering a happier team, great employee retention, and dependable care for your family.

How often can I expect my fees to change?

As we become a more established business, we are committed to only changing fees at the beginning of each calendar year.

Do you participate in the Affordable Childcare Benefit program?

Yes, we do. The Affordable Child Care Benefit is a monthly payment to help eligible families with the cost of child care. Factors like income, family size, and type of care determine how much support families can get.

Families need to renew their application every year. This application is the responsibility of the family. If funding agreements are not in place, families will be charged the full value of their package and credited if funding comes in at a later date. To learn more about ACCB program, click here.

Invoicing

Invoices are due upon the 1st day of each month. Our accounting team will issue an invoice via Quickbooks. Payments can be made via direct debit form, e-transfer, or cheque.
