What Membership Packages Do You Offer?
We provide three membership options designed to meet your family's unique needs. The primary differences lie in the number of childcare hours included, whether our house-made meals are part of the package, and access to Saturday care for your child.
Why Do Tuition Rates Differ Between Bernard and Leon/Sutherland Locations?
The standard fees are regulated by the Province of British Columbia. For centers that opened in 2024, rates are set at $1,550 for children aged 0-36 months and $1,071 for children aged 3-5 years. Locations established between 2022-2024 have lower fee caps, with an annual maximum increase of 3%.
Is ProducKIDvity Enrolled in the Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI)?

Do You Offer Part-Time Memberships?
Absolutely! We offer flexible two-day (Tuesday and Thursday) and three-day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) membership packages. Fees and applicable CCFRI reductions will be prorated based on the selected schedule.
What Do Equitable Wages Mean for Our Educators?
At ProducKIDvity, we prioritize fair compensation for our team, offering wages that are 40% above the national average for Early Childhood Educators. While the standard rate in Canada is $20.47 per hour, our educators earn over $30.00 per hour on average. This investment in our staff leads to a positive work environment, exceptional employee retention, and the reliable, high-quality care our members deserve.
How Often Can I Expect Membership Fees to Change?
As a growing membership-based community, we are committed to adjusting fees only once per year, at the start of each calendar year, to ensure transparency and predictability for our families.
Do You Participate in the Affordable Childcare Benefit (ACCB) Program?
Yes, we proudly support the ACCB program to help eligible families with the cost of childcare. The amount of support is based on factors such as income, family size, and type of care. Families need to renew their application annually, and it is the responsibility of the family to ensure funding agreements are in place. If funding is delayed, the full value of the membership package will be charged, and any applicable credits will be applied once funding is received. Deposits Invoicing Refunds
Deposit equal to one month of tuition is required upon enrollment. This deposit is applied to your final month’s tuition when notice of withdrawal is given, ensuring a smooth and predictable transition for both families and our team.
Invoices are generated on the 20th and are due by the 25th of the month prior to care. All tuition payments are required no later than 1st of each month unless a plan has been created. Invoices are auto generated through Brightwheel, and payments can be made conveniently by direct debit or credit card.
Refunds are processed within 45 days of your final day at the academy and are issued via direct deposit. The refund amount is determined based on your original deposit, any changes to your membership package, and the completion of a signed refund agreement.
