Hi, We’re ProducKIDvity

Canada’s first fully licensed childcare facility integrated with a professional co-working space.

We Know

Work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a daily challenge for parents. We know how hard it is to focus on a career while ensuring your child is in a safe, enriching environment. We also know that traditional childcare models don’t always fit the needs of modern working parents. We’re a place where parents don’t have to choose between career success and quality time with their children.

We Love

We love seeing parents thrive without compromise. We love creating a space where children learn, explore, and grow while their parents build their businesses, pursue their passions, and advance their careers.

We Believe

We believe that parents deserve better—a space where they can work productively without sacrificing quality time with their children.

We believe that flexible, high-quality childcare should be a standard, not a luxury, ensuring that all families have access to the support they need. Work should fit into life, not the other way around, allowing parents to thrive both professionally and personally.

OUR MISSION

Empower Working Parents. Build Community. Invest in Educators

Our mission is to seamlessly integrate work and family life by providing flexible, high-quality childcare within a professional co-working environment. We believe community is everything, and that includes the educators who make it all possible. That’s why we invest in them—offering fair wages, professional growth, and a supportive workplace. When educators feel valued, children receive the best care. ProducKIDvity is more than a space—it’s a movement redefining modern parenthood, where families, businesses, and educators flourish together.

What We Stand For

  • A young man with short dark hair and a green hoodie sitting in an office chair, petting a golden retriever dog with a red and blue ball in its mouth. The office has a desk with multiple monitors, a keyboard, and various supplies. A woman with long hair is visible in the background through a window.

    Authenticity and Accountability

We are true to ourselves and we own the decisions we make and their outcomes.

    Kindness, Always

This extends to our families, colleagues, and our community, both online and off.

  • Two women seated at a large wooden conference table in a modern office or meeting room, engaged in conversation, with laptops and notebooks in front of them. The room has orange chairs, a wall with orange and yellow abstract art, pendant lighting, a wall-mounted TV, and a window with natural light.

    Innovation and Entrepreneurialism

We pride ourselves on being trailblazers who sometimes ruffle a few feathers.

Three women stand behind the table, smiling, with a large sign promoting 'ProducKIDvity', a childcare and family service provider. The sign features children sitting on the floor during a group activity.

    Community Involvement

As a social enterprise, we invest in our community and participate wherever possible.

OUR STORY

How it All Started

Black and white photo of a woman with three children, two girls and a boy, sharing a tender moment with the girls kissing her face and the boy smiling.

Our story begins with Alex, a driven entrepreneur, mother, and problem-solver who refused to accept the outdated notion that parents must choose between their careers and their children.

Like many working parents, Alex struggled to find a childcare solution that truly supported professional ambition. Traditional daycare hours didn’t align with business meetings. The guilt of being torn between work and parenting was constant. And finding a workspace that understood the complexities of parenthood? Nearly impossible.

So, she built her own solution. What started as an ambitious vision became Canada’s first licensed childcare facility designed alongside co-working—a seamless ecosystem where parents can focus on their careers, knowing their children are thriving just steps away.

ProducKIDvity is building a national movement, ensuring that more families have access to the balance they deserve.
