About the Program
ProducKIDvity is excited to partner with The Balsam School to offer an exclusive Before and After School Program at Bernard location in Kelowna.
Our program is designed for students in Kindergarten to Grade 7 to provide a safe, enriching, and convenient environment for children before and after school hours, offering peace of mind to parents and supporting the needs of the community.
Hours
The Before School Program will operate from 6:30am to 8:15 am, and the After School Program will run from 3:15 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, aligning with school hours. We also have the unique ability to offer Saturday childcare for an additional cost.

As Balsam School is in close proximity to our Bernard campus, students will be escorted by Balsam Teachers and ProducKIDvity Educators by walking to and from each location.

Balsam School has priority for enrollment, however, we welcome other students within our region with the emphasis that transportation will not be provided.

Yes. We offer all snacks and meals to this program prepared by our in-house chef. We are an allergy-aware centre.

The staff-to-child ratio varies depending on the age group and program activities, but we always maintain a ratio that meets or exceeds licensing requirements.

We prioritize safety and have procedures in place, including staff background checks, regular facility inspections, and emergency response plans.

Parents are welcome to visit or observe the program. Please arrange a visit with our staff in advance.

No, the monthly fee does not include this, however, we plan to offer care for an additional rate for Pro-D Days and Spring Break Camps.
