Sarah Buettner is the Partner and Chief Operating Officer of ProducKIDvity, where she leads operations, strategic growth, and the development of systems that support the company’s innovative childcare and coworking model.

With a strong background in leadership, hospitality, and organizational management, Sarah brings a people-first and community-driven approach to scaling ProducKIDvity’s vision. Prior to joining the company, she served as the Executive Director of the Saskatoon Club, where she led member engagement, operations, and strategic initiatives for one of the city’s most established private clubs.

Sarah holds an MBA in Finance from Heriot-Watt University and has built a career focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and community building. She currently sits on the National Board for the Club Management Association of Canada and is a deeply engaged community member, contributing her time to several volunteer boards and initiatives.

At ProducKIDvity, Sarah plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s continued expansion, ensuring that every location delivers an exceptional experience for families, educators, and members.

Sarah lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and is a proud mom to two daughters, Belle and Violet. In her spare time, you can often find her attending Pilates classes or cheering on her girls at dance and baton practices or competitions. Her family dog, Boston, is also a beloved part of the household.
